  1. Heat up the body with sun salutations. 

  2. Mix in some deep breaths and blend with fun yoga games

  3. Roll out and knead tired, tense muscles

  4. Combine amazing stretches and poses with breathing to activate the lungs and core muscles. 

  5. Stir in challenging, empowering poses and ignite focus mode

  6. Stretch the spine so it is nice and tall. 

  7. Turn over and melt all the stress and worries away for 10 mins of guided relaxation. 

  8. Decorate with incredible imaginations during art time. 

  9. Sprinkle and sparkle with smiles from ear to ear.
